Great Northern Commercial Real Estate was established in 2024 by Brian Burnett. Based in Kalispell, Montana, Brian's career in the commercial real estate business started working with his father and The Burnett Development Company, which developed ground-up grocery anchored retail centers throughout Southern California. Mr. Burnett's move into commercial real estate brokerage began with the opening of a Marcus & Millichap Inc. office in Boise, Idaho. Mr. Burnett was a member of both The National Retail Group and The National Manufactured Housing Group at Marcus & Millichap. Working with the largest investment brokerage in the country, Brian gained deep corporate experience representing investors in both the acquisition and dispossession of investment grade retail properties and mobile home parks throughout the Northwest. Mr. Burnett was the Top Producer in the Marcus & Millichap Boise office for every year he was with their company.
In 2019 Mr. Burnett joined the The Yellowstone Group. Soon appointed to Managing Director, at The Yellowstone group Mr. Burnett regained forces with much of his original team from Marcus & Millichap to build a powerhouse investment brokerage based in Idaho and Utah. With The Yellowstone Group, Brian led complex portfolio sales and 1031 exchange transactions across numerous states. Refining his brokerage skills to build a thriving client base, Mr. Burnett's breadth of experience and established industry relationships led to years of top production with The Yellowstone Group and a highly accomplished resume working with manufactured housing parks throughout the Northwestern States and beyond.
